I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The traditional Japanese-style room with a personal bathtub and a fantastic view of the Otaru Canal was simply breathtaking. The service was top-notch, especially with the convenient laundry service available. The location, right in front of the popular Otaru Canal, made exploring the area a breeze. Though dining options were not included, the seasonal salads were a delightful choice. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
